Before You Arrive

You arrive with your personal gear and valid Mississippi licenses — the Kudzu Bluff team handles hospitality, guiding and field support. Here's what to know before you come.

Getting Here

Travel

Travel is as follows: Fly in to Jackson Medgar Evers International Airport (JAN), serviced by most all major airlines. Get picked up in VIP style and ride 1 hour to lodge. Or high flyer — fly with you and 5 of your friends on Kudzu Bluff's private plane (price is based on location).

Yes — shotguns and rifles are available for rent. Just let us know your preference when you book and we'll have one ready for you.
A 50% deposit secures your requested dates, with the balance due at check-in. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once within the same season at the outfitter's discretion, based on availability. Tag-limited hunts (such as alligator) are non-transferable across seasons.
All guests need a valid Mississippi hunting license per species rules. Alligator hunts require an MDWFP-issued alligator permit and zone-specific harvest tag(s) — bring physical and digital copies. Predator and hog hunts follow MDWFP requirements; private-land permissions are kept on file.
It varies by experience, but package hunts and retreats generally include guided hunting, luxury lodging and private quarters, chef-prepared meals, transportation around the property, stand/blind access, game-retrieval, cleaning and skinning, and concierge hospitality. Each experience page lists exactly what's included.

Yes, where legal. Night hunting with lights or thermal is allowed for hogs and predators on private land with landowner permission. Suppressors and centerfire rifles are allowed for predators on private land in Mississippi. Thermal / IR rentals are available; we brief specifics at check-in.
In many cases, yes. Alligator hunts can host up to two non-hunting guests, and VIP hog hunt non-hunting guests are welcome by the night, where permitted. Pricing is quoted on request.
We operate in most weather. Electrical storms or flooding may trigger reschedule windows. Deposits are transferable once within the same season; tag-limited hunts are non-transferable across seasons.
Yes — we coordinate taxidermy services (European mounts, full mounts, skin tanning and more) and offer meat processing and vacuum sealing. Final taxidermy and processing costs are quoted separately.
Absolutely. Retreats can include company branding, transportation coordination, meal preferences, meeting-space requirements, executive/VIP services, awards nights, branded merchandise, gift bags, live music and premium dining experiences. Pricing is available on request.
